Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping:
*ALL items are shipped to the billing address specified at check out. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is to protect you against credit card fraud and identity theft.
*All items are shipped via US Postal Service (2-3 day) Priority Mail.
*Shipping cost is a flat rate $10.24 per item.
Returns:
Don't settle for a mere 7 day, or even a 14 day return policy. At secure purse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
WE accept returns up to 30 days from the day of purchase.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: All items are covered by a manufacturer's warranty; these items MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
RETURNS FOR CREDIT: Merchandise returned for credit or exchange will not be accepted without an RMA#. Credits/refunds/exchanges will be issued for items with RMA#'s returned within 30 days from receipt, and must be in original packaging and sellable condition. A restocking fee of 15% of the regular listed price will be charged for returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns. We cannot accept any returns of items after 30 days of receipt.
No refunds will be given for shipping.

*** If you wish to exchange for a different model or color, you must verify with a representative that the item you desire is actually in stock and available for shipping.
***Note: If you are exchanging the item for a different color or style (or for any reason other than factory defect) you will be sent a Paypal request for payment for shipping of the new item plus a 15% restocking fee. Once the new shipping and restocking bill is paid, your item will be sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail.
